Better infrastructure: Beldon Centre and Boltcross (Central Sendengate)

As per the government's commitments to commence infrastructure projects over the next week in order to promote economic growth, the government is able to announce in collaboration with Norsen & Capital Combined Authority "Beldon Centre" and Boltcross, in the north east area of Central Sendengate.

Beldon Centre will be a new complex consisting of several buildings dedicated to office, trade and retail. The purpose of this new centre is to promote international trading with the intention of foreign private businesses situating their Byrish offices in the complex, alongside that of Byron businesses. Moreover, the government intends to offer central banks/federal reserves offices in the complex where they can hire from the Byrish workforce directly to work for them - allowing for the financi ally skilled workforce to be utilised globally and better leverage a more equal economy around the world. A new shopping centre will also accompany Stellar Cross, The Cuboid and Tenham Centre/Felix Circus area in Central Sendengate as another shopping destination.

Already under some utilisation is Boltcross, which is a new designated area in Central Sendengate dedicated for industry. Though never intended for industrial means, the proximity and rapid expansion of Sendengate Central International Station required nearby infrastructure, which is situated in this area. Therefore, the Combined Authority have dedicated this small area for industrial matters; with EnerCo already opening an R&D building in the area. Boltcross will be small, yet impactful - consisting of a small distribution centre dedicated for just Central Sendengate as well as small production facilities. Byron's no-emission policy means that this will have no impact on the environment. Urban designers will ensure this area is effectively secluded to minimise noise pollution and visual impact on the surrounding areas, which will consist of office facilities. Connections directly to M1-E (East) is being considered to eleviate pressure from city roads.

Residential properties will also increase in Central Sendengate, with more flats to be constructed. In the short future, work on Marybridge - the district east of Central - is hoped to start with lower-density housing more suited towards families.

All this will contribute to creating a more robust Byrish economy and benefit on a national level.
