Guarantee of protection to Isocalda from the Byrish Armed Forces

Earlier today the Byrish Government have committed to the guarantee of protection to Isocalda on behalf of the Armed Forces.

The limited resources and geographical area is limiting to Isocalda's military pursuits and it is for that regard that this agreement has surfaced. The agreement states that Byron's Armed Forces must provide continuous support militarily to Isocalda, alongside provide any necessary military support in emergencies.

In exchange, the Byrish Government receives direct monthly payments from the Isocaldan Government to fund the operation of the facilities required to extend our support - it is for this reason that Byron's homeland security is unaffected and Byrish taxpayer money is not used. Furthermore, the Isocaldan Government are offering discounted rents/fees for Byrish Government-owned businesses which will operate in Isocalda.

The management and operation of the Byrish Armed Forces in Isocalda will continue to be under the order of the Byrish Government, alongside any military infrastructure in Isocalda which will also be under the ownership of the Byrish Government via the Armed Forces. For the sovereignty and national security of Byron, the Isocaldan Government will not have any control over the Byrish Armed Forces.

No nuclear capable weapon from Byron's arsenal will continue to ever be used unless it is in the interest of security of Byron itself.

This agreement signifies the commitment Byron has to a world that cooperates closely, and the protection of the Byrish Armed Forces under Byrish Government orders in Isocalda will guarantee it's security and livelihood's of it's citizens. The strong political and economical relations between Byron and Isocalda will be the backbone to the success of this agreement.
