Byrish Government and Hillovian Consulate publish Hillovian Constitution

Following strong collaboration and determination, it is a pleasure to release the Hillovian Constitution (which will be electorally effective tomorrow, and further effective subject to a vote by the new Hillovian government on 20/12/2025).

We have worked throughout the year to transform Hillovia into a prepared society for an election, and congratulate them on every further success as a new independent nation. Byron was the first nation to recognise Hillovia as its own state, and has overseen and controlled the Hillovian Consulate to ensure proper governance could arise. We believe the nation is now ready and the election on 19/12/2025 will proceed. This election will be managed by Hillovia's Federal Democracy Committee, the Byrish Electoral Commission (as a one-time situation), and the Common Union (as a member state).
